Position Summary:

The User Success role will require someone with excellent written skills, an empathetic attitude towards customers, the ability to technically troubleshot, a and keen eye for detail. You should be excited about technology, and ready to help customers figure out even the trickiest of problems.

Core Responsibilities:

Work with customers directly, responding to questions and ensuring that we are proactively addressing pain points surfaced by our users
Work collaboratively with the team to establish an efficient workflow to handle our ticket inbox
Attain inbox zero at the end of each day, meaning each open customer issue has been resolved for the day
Technically troubleshoot issues a customer is having
Craft empathetic and customer-centric responses to questions about workflow
Connect our customers with information and help center articles

Must Have:

Required Qualifications:

Experience working to troubleshoot software, web, & iOS bugs and issues
Excellent written communication skills
Technical troubleshooting on software or hardware, basic knowledge of technical systems (API, Exchange) a huge plus
Empathetic customer approach with a solution-oriented outlook
Passion for challenges that require broad knowledge and a diverse set of skills
Desire to work with a wide range of teams and to wear several different hats
