1. Technical Data Entry into spreadsheets, LMS
2. Technology & Product Site Content Management
Conduct daily check-in of the site, perusing for inappropriate postings, flagging any technical issues, etc.
Conduct monthly & quarterly reviews of: org charts, links, photos etc. to keep site up to date and useful
Monthly/quarterly review of site traffic analytics and “Give us your feedback” input
3. Classroom Management
Book conference rooms
Stock, pack, and deliver training supplies
IT support coordination
Training room setup & day-of support
Coordinate catering
4. Attendee Management & Course Reporting
Basic Learning Management System (LMS) and internal Salesforce application administration to track and monitor enrollment

Must Have:

Create, send, and monitor enrollment via Outlook calendar invitations
Create rosters, send reminder emails, pre-course work, manager notifications, post-course communication, etc. per course
Manage course evaluations and run evaluation reports
Course Presenter/Facilitator Management
Schedule presenters and/or facilitators for respective course
Course Marketing - Maintain team Google site with all relevant course information
